 Situated among 128 acres of lush greenery, a flower farm, and multiple lakes and ponds,  you will find our beautiful and charming BARN.

This Southern landscape offers a backdrop of our beautiful lake and our jaw dropping flower fields. We offer the versatility of complete elegance to rustic charm... its all up to you!

The Stunning covered space has the original rustic beams that hold our charming wagon wheel lighting. Barn doors lead to our outdoor grilling and barbecue area.  Also at our BARN we have an enclosed space. The private room is air-conditioned and has plenty of room to host the bride and her bridesmaids in waiting, host a corporate retreat or a private luncheon.

The Barn also features a catering kitchen like none other! 

Thermador appliances await cooking the delicacies your guests deserve and our space is unlimited.

WEDDINGS

 THE FARMSTEAD offers wedding  packages for BRIDES AND GROOMS. The packages can include lodging, pricing for your REHEARSAL DINNER, CEREMONY and RECEPTION, or all of the above. We don't stop there. When our beautiful flowers are in season FARMSTEAD FLORALS will gladly arrange for your floral needs for your gathering. We offer our supply of tables and chairs and serving buffets to all booked events.

We aim to make this once-in-a-lifetime event as special as you are and strive to make it the best it can be.

RETREATS

Grab your besties and your old buddies. We can customize a retreat to fit your personal desires! THE FARMSTEAD can arrange for COOKING, GRILLING, and BARBECUE classes, MASSAGES, YOGA, ART lessons-you name it! We can put together a retreat that is custom designed for you individually and for your group's needs. 

COOKING SCHOOL

Cooking school from our resident caterer or our local superstars awaits your group. The kitchen at the BARN is well supplied and offers THERMADOR appliances. The large marble countertops are perfect to gather around to chat, chop and eat!

Whether it is baking or grilling, cooking or chilling...we can make it happen!

ARTIST RETREATS

The sky is the limit here! Hosting groups of experienced painters or "first timers" or a combination of both, we can host a retreat that will have you wanting to paint into the night!

Plein-Air or lessons, THE FARMSTEAD is the ideal spot to paint what Flora and Fauna you desire. Lessons/classes can be combined with dining and lodging packages. We can arrange for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and all you have to do is PAINT UNTIL YOUR HEART IS CONTENT!

CORPORATE RETREATS

Needing a spot to meet and have air-conditioning, TV and Wi-fi? We have the perfect spot for you. The covered area in THE BARN allows for fresh air while making all those important decisions. The Barn also has an enclosed area that is air-conditioned and allows for a more intimate and private setting. Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be arranged for your group and WE DON'T STOP THERE! Our cottages make for the most comfortable evening stay and will allow for your group to be onsite to continue those important decisions the next day.
